D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

 

General Terms

 

These D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are applicable in addition to the Privacy Policy applicable to the D. Knight Designs website.

 

Nonreturnable; not for resale.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, D. Knight Designs, Inc. plastic Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are not returnable or refundable for cash. You may use D. Knight Designs Gift Cards by simply handing the card to a D. Knight Designs associate for payment when making a purchase. D. Knight Designs Gift Cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties. Additional value may be added to any Gift Card at any time. The D. Knight Designs Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise only, including services and products offered at D. Knight Designs. Unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash. Resale of D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.

 

Liability.

The balance on any plastic Gift Card is solely the liability of D. Knight Designs, Inc.

 

Not for promotional use.

D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) unless you obtain D. Knight Designs, Inc.'s prior written approval. Such approval shall be conditioned on, among other things, execution of and compliance with D. Knight Designs, Inc.'s standard Gift Card license agreement. 

 

No affiliation with D. Knight Designs, Inc. Use of D. Knight Designs, Inc.'s name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) in connection with the purchase or use of D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with D. Knight Designs, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.

 

Compliance with laws.

By purchasing D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to D. Knight Designs, Inc. that the activities in connection with which the D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or D. Knight Designs, Inc. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify D. Knight Designs, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Lost or Stolen Gift Card. D. Knight Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use.

 

Transferability.

D. Knight Designs Gift Cards are non-transferrable, and therefore D. Knight Designs Gift Cards are restricted to the named person to whom the Gift Card is issued.

 

D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards Expire. D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Cards expire after five (5) years from the date of purchase or issuance.

 

Governing Law.

When you purchase, receive, or redeem a D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of Michigan shall govern these Terms and Conditions, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

 

These D. Knight Designs, Inc. Gift Card Terms and Conditions were last updated on January 29, 2021. D. Knight Designs, Inc. may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
