Flawless Finish All About Beauty

This elegant, formal style showcases professional mastery of classic, beautiful hair dressing at its finest.

Lightening Technique

The hair was lightened by acquiring a horse-shoe shaped section beginning at the frontal portion of the head using Lunex Ultra in combination with 20 Volume Activator. The product was weaved into the hair inside of foils. Furthermore, additional lightening took place beginning at the left temporal portion of the head and continued to the right temporal region in a diagonal pattern. Again, Lunex Ultra in combination with 20 Volume Activator was utilized and woven into the hair inside of foils. This technique allowed for lightening in various locations of the head to purposefully create a multi-dimensional reflection of light from a variety of areas of the hair.

Design, Setting, and Styling Technique

After lightening, the hair was shampooed with Liding Life Frequence Shampoo and conditioned with Liding Life Frequence Treatment and upon being blown dry in combination with Liding Sculpting Mousse and Hot Gloss, the hair was set in Velcro rollers and placed under a hooded dryer. After cooling, portions of the hair were set aside in the back and placed into three ponytails. The middle ponytail was backcombed, smoothed, twisted , and secured in place under the bottom ponytail. The bottom ponytail was then backcombed, smoothed, and twisted upward from the occipital region toward the middle of the parietal region and secured. Liding Finishing Net and Liding Sculpting Gel were misted throughout the process to aid in smoothing. The top ponytail was backcombed, smoothed, and this time, twisted spirally and secured on the crown. The hair located temporally on the left and right sides of the head was moved toward the back of the head, tied in an elegant knot and secured. The remaining hair was twisted and positioned into place via pins. A smooth, polished side bang completed the style, resulting in this Flawless Finish.
